Wirco Incorporated has a long history of providing stainless steel static castings for use in a variety of heat-resistant applications. Green sand castings are produced using a mixture of high and low-volume molding equipment. Our Champaign foundry installed an ultramodern Tinker Omega® No-Bake molding line to better serve our customers. This large format line brings our clients improved surface finish with high operating speed which will increase casting performance and improve on-time deliveries. The Tinker line’s innovative sand mixing capabilities, and the ability to reclaim fired sand, bring unparalleled casting efficiencies. The addition of our Performance Industrial Products division in Waupaca, Wisconsin in 2022 doubled our No-Bake sand molding capacity with a modern Palmer® molding line.
