Wirco produces centrifugally cast heat-resistant alloy tubes in precision machined permanent molds for outstanding dimensional accuracy and leak-free operation. Utilizing a fully automated DUKER® centrifugal casting system and three custom-built spinning systems. Our tubes are unmatched in surface finish quality and assembled into some of the most demanding processes our clients require. Cast tubes are commonly found in high heat processes operating in temperatures in excess of 2100F. Common components include radiant tubes, furnace rolls, retorts, and other applications. All cast tubes undergo rigorous quality examinations so our customers can be guaranteed the highest service life with industry-leading value. The chemistry of our metal is verified through spectrographic analysis in our A2LA-accredited lab. Additional quality checks such as pressure testing and straightening are completed per customer requirements.
