These items include but are not limited to:

Wirco's Hearth Beams

These are utilized in several different heat-treating furnaces as supports for both static and dynamic tray movement. Wirco casts hearth beams in all shapes and sizes. Wirco has hundreds of beam patterns to support the majority of our customers. Our beam heights can range from a few inches tall to as large as 30” and can be cast and designed to fit exact load requirements.

Wirco's Walking Beams

These are designed to pick up the material being heat-treated and slowly move it through the furnace. These furnaces are typically alloy casting intensive and require a lot of castings to operate. Wirco produces the cast beams (both moveable and stationary), support posts, and cast collars in both of our foundries.

Furnace Screws

These are typically used to heat treat sucker rods to preheat rod spring blanks for got hot spring forming. The rods are moved through the furnace on long screws which are sold as matched sets and timed to turn at the same rate.
